This workshop merged magic with hands-on STEM experiments to break the mold of traditional learning. While enjoying magic performances, students transformed into little scientists and tried experiments themselves, building a solid interdisciplinary foundation in a fun atmosphere.
Guided by our volunteer instructor Sonia, students conducted hands-on experiments by using everyday items like green tea and sand. Through vivid visual demonstrationsāsuch as watching sodium polyacrylate solidifyāthey easily unlocked abstract concepts in optics, mechanics, and chemistry.
This immersive experience sharpened students' logical thinking, observation skills, and hand-eye coordination. Working together in teams to decode magic secrets strengthened collaboration, boosting their self-confidence while fostering a lasting passion for scientific exploration.
