Rubber Stamp DIY Workshop

Rubber Stamp DIY Workshop combines printmaking and illustration techniques and aesthetics, participants can draw and create their own illustrations, and crave them into rubber stamps. This elementary crafting workshop requires not just creativity, but also a kind of practice in concentration and attentiveness. Participants are not just able to enjoy the fun of craftsmanship, but to learn the importance of giving attempts, paying effort on corrections and adjustments through this creative process, thus establishing self-enhancement. 

This workshop contains two 2-hour classes, divided into two sessions. The first class begin with an introduction to printmaking, related artists and works, followed by the second half on learning craving techniques and safety instruction on using carving knives. After taking references from artists' works, participants can proceed to draft and create their own work in the second class under the theme of 'My favourite fruit".
