Practical English Conversation Workshop

Using everyday life situations as lesson themes, our young tutor Michael led students through practical English conversation exercises and role-plays. He covered topics such as ordering food, asking for directions, introducing oneself, making appointments, and casual campus chats, demonstrating common phrases and useful sentence patterns while teaching relevant vocabulary and correcting key grammar points in context. Through pair and small-group role-plays, students practiced speaking in realistic scenarios and received immediate, supportive feedback on pronunciation, word choice, and sentence structure. These hands-on activities helped learners internalize new words and grammar through use rather than memorization. As a result, students became noticeably more confident initiating and sustaining conversations in English on campus.
