The Strings of Love 2 : Graduation Concert

Given the success of our previous “The Strings of Love” programme, we are excited to launch again, aiming to extend our charity’s reach and benefit more students in need. Recognising the importance of arts education in children’s overall development, we are committed to providing more students with opportunities to engage with instruments, particularly string instruments, and to nurture their talents and passion for music.

The previous programme was a meaningful experience for both our charity and the participants. We were joyed to see students gain self-confidence, develop an interest in music, and improve their violin-playing skills. We continue to provide free violins and training to students, helping them achieve personal breakthroughs while fostering teamwork through interaction with peers from diverse backgrounds.

At the graduation concert, 23 students proudly performed original compositions by Art Mentor. The project also collaborated with young local semi-professional musicians to create a series of original pieces for the programme. Thank you to everyone who attended the graduation performance and witnessed these students graduate together!

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to composer Joshua Tang, tutor Ms. Elise, and all the dedicated volunteer teaching assistants: Wayne, Charlotte, Audrey, Vanessa, Linda, and Nigel. They generously devoted their time and expertise. We are grateful for their invaluable support and dedication to spreading the joy of music.
