Travelling Experience Sharing: Japan
We were happy to have our young tutor, Aiden, to share his experience of travelling to Osaka (Japan). During the lesson, the tutor presented a PowerPoint to the students, introducing the geographical location, history, food and attractions of Osaka, as well as teaching them English vocabularies related to his travelling experience.
Our little tutor shared that Osaka was the commercial capital of Japan in ancient times and was famous for its rice trade. The cuisine of Osaka was also well known among travelers! During his recent visit to Universal Studio, he was most impressed by the Harry Potter and Nintendo zones. He also tried the local crab dish, which he would like to share with the students!
Our little tutor drew a character from Universal Studio and printed it on white papers for students to color. The students went on and designed their own different styles of characters!
